K-Beatz, a unique exercise experience, combining aerobic exercise with karate and self defence to deliver a whole body workout, in Bracknell, Berkshire. A fun-filled alternative to body combat, boxercise, zumba, body pump, aerobics and boot camp. Classes are set to music to create a party atmosphere and are suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced students. Classes are taught by Gillian Rose, an experienced martial artist, qualified Karate instructor and ordinary working mum

I am a karate instructor with over 10 years' martial arts experience. I teach karate and self defence to children and adults, including those with special educational needs.

I am also a working mum and have two beautiful daughters and two playful dogs.
