K-Beatz, a unique exercise experience, combining aerobic exercise with karate and self defence to deliver a whole body workout, in Bracknell, Berkshire. A fun-filled alternative to body combat, boxercise, zumba, body pump, aerobics and boot camp. Classes are set to music to create a party atmosphere and are suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced students. Classes are taught by Gillian Rose, an experienced martial artist, qualified Karate instructor and ordinary working mum

Classes are on Wednesdays at 8-9pm and Thursdays at 7-8pm, both at Great Hollands Primary, Wordsworth, Bracknell, RG12 8YR until further notice.

Prices : Pay as you go £6, 10-class loyalty card £50, 20-class loyalty card £90.
